Ferrara Ring™

Since 1996, improving results in the treatment of keratoconus.

FERRARA RING™

Available in two versions, the Ferrara™ Premium Ring is produced in Yellow PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate – the same material as intraocular lenses), which creates a complementary filter to blue light, predominantly at night, which can cause halos and glare.

HIGH SATISFACTION RATE

As it is an orthopedic technique, the Ferrara Ring corrects corneal deformities, recovering the physiological curvature. After surgery, it is possible to correct residual ametropia with conventional optical corrections or contact lenses.

STABILITY

In 85% of cases, the Ferrara™ Ring implant stabilizes the progression of keratoconus and allows adequate vision correction with the use of contact lenses or glasses.
